Auto Accident Consultation and Examination

Your first visit with the doctor will require some time to complete the appropriate forms to be evaluated in Mesquite.  Be prepared for a first visit of around an hour unless you can expedite the process by completing the forms before coming in to your consultation.  Located below is the form needed to do that and can be printed out at any computer.  If you are unable to, please arrive 30 minutes early to your scheduled patient consultation so we can better serve you.

During your consultation, Dr. Daniel L. Pennell, D.C. will ask the pertinent questions regarding your injuries and will perform a thorough examination to assess your condition.  Radiographic imaging may or may not be performed pending his analysis, however he will request that you come in the following day to go over your results.

 

During your follow-up visit, an extensive report of findings will be performed to show the results of your examination and or X-rays.  He will explain if it is necessary for treatment and if so, the required duration to get you back to full health.  This will include current symptom relief options and the care required to avoid possible future complications.  During this juncture, Dr. Pennell will determine to fully accept the case and with approval from the patient begin the recommended course of treatment he deems necessary.
